Objective
Improve flexibility and speed for the incorporation of data sources (internal and external) and analytical models into the area of customer intelligence in order to make commercial campaigns more effective.
Our work
1. Development of new processes on SAS and Big Data environment (Spark/Hadoop).
2. Advanced analytical services for the implementation of new customer models (value, purchase propensity, churn, etc.).
3. Integration of new sources of internal and external data, to enrich the analysis.
4. Application of new Big Data architectures and advanced analytics, as well as new machine learning analytical tools, both with SAS technology and with other open source technologies.
